3. Knife Sales & Age Restriction
Rogue Chef sells kitchen knives intended strictly for culinary use.
By purchasing any knife from this website, you confirm that:

- You are purchasing the product for lawful culinary purposes only
- You will not supply or make the product available to any person under the age of 18

All knife orders are sent with signature on delivery.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Rogue Chef is not responsible for:
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy.
